The fourth grade recently took an exciting field trip to the New Jersey State House in Trenton. Students had the chance to tour the historic building, explore the ornate chambers where laws are made, and learn more about how the state government works. They were amazed by the grand architecture and the stories behind the artwork and artifacts. A highlight of the trip was visiting the media room, where students got to stand at the podium, pretend to be the governor, and pose for fun photo ops. Although the weather was rainy, the students brought their bright smiles and cheerful energy, lighting up the day like rays of sunshine. It was a memorable experience that brought their classroom lessons to life!
