This week our 3rd–5th graders are exploring the colorful world of Wassily Kandinsky through abstract painting. They learned the wax resist method and reviewed lines, patterns, shapes, and space to create their own vibrant masterpieces. 

Fun fact: Kandinsky had synesthesia, so he could hear colors and see shapes!
